Zurich is a musical roadmovie about Nina, who discovers after the death of her great love, truckdriver Boris, he led a double life. Struggling with her feelings she comes to an almost unforgivable deed, and flees.
Synopsis. In a desperate attempt to leave the past behind, Nina is wandering along Europe’s motorways. She meets a German lorry driver and joins him on his journeys. Slowly it becomes clear that her drive to hang around in the truckers’ scene is a result of the pain caused by the ultimate betrayal. Our take.
Zurich, original title Und morgen Mittag bin ich tot (transl. And I'll be dead tomorrow noon), is a 2013 German drama comedy directed by Frederik Steiner and written by Barbara te Kock starring Liv Lisa Fries. It tells the story of a young woman called Lea (played by Fries) suffering from a severe form of cystic fibrosis.
