Navin Nischol (18 March 1946 – 19 March 2011) was an Indian actor. He made his debut with the Hindi film Sawan Bhadon in 1970. [1] In 1996 he worked in Pyar Zindagi Hai along with Rita Bhaduri and Raj Mohammed. The film was shot in Hyderabad.

Mar 19, 2011 · MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Navin Nischol passed away here on Saturday morning. Nischol, 65, was travelling to Pune when he felt restless at Sion and a few minutes later he breathed his last, family friend Manmohan Shetty said. He had made his debut with "Saawan Bhadon" in 1970. His last release was "Break ke Baad".

His first film Sawan Bhadow in 1970 directed by Mohan Segal was a runaway hit , as was Navin’s song Kaan Mein Jhuma Chaal Mein Thumka that he sang to another debutante Rekha in Sawan Bhadow.
