About a month later, Marvel Studios called the movie Thunderbolts* while sharing the first behind-the-scenes look at the film. On April 11, 2024, at CinemaCon 2024, Kevin Feige confirmed that the film had been retitled to Thunderbolts*. He also revealed that the film would be released on May 5, 2025.
