Files that are needed only for temporary use and should be deleted by well-behaved programs once done with them. Unfortunately not all programs are "well-behaved" and stuff will accumulate there.

This displays the full path of the actual temp folder and you can follow the path and identify its location by copying the entire path and pasting it in Run command or in search options. Hope this helps!
