The Second Raid - This is a really fun anime to watch. Has some military mecha action mixed in with hilarious high school situations. Comedy/Ecchi (If you like crude humor) High School DxD - This anime takes the cake. It's filled with hilarious one liners, the MC is just one big perv, and it has some cool action scenes as well.
A cliffhanger loses its effect after a day of mulling over it. After that there's much more of a chance of someone losing interest. Binging just keeps you interested instead of frustrated for having to wait. A good cliffhanger is meant to keep you watching, not stop.
