Takanohana Kōji (Japanese: 貴乃花 光司, Hepburn: Takanohana Kōji, born August 12, 1972, as Kōji Hanada (花田 光司, Hanada Kōji)) is a Japanese former professional sumo wrestler and coach. He was the 65th man in history to reach sumo's highest rank of yokozuna, and he won 22 tournament championships between 1992 and 2001, the sixth highest total ever.

Takanohana Koji - 貴乃花 光司 (born August 12, 1972) is a former Japanese professional sumo wrestler from Nakano, Tokyo. He made his debut in March 1988 and wrestled for Futagoyama stable. He reached the makuuchi division in May 1990 and has 9 special prizes, 1 kinboshi and 22 top division championships.
