Sway accepts most image types and will work with any size you upload (under a certain size limit). When it comes time to serve the image to a viewer of your Sway, the image will be scaled to fit the layout that is tailored to the viewers device/window size. Hope this helps! Jason
Feb 20, 2024 · It's really a shame to see that more hasn't been done with Sway, particularly marketed to education. It also seems apparent that there is no longer any effort to support or promote it and, from what I'm reading, does appear that it is in the process of being phased out. It is perfect for education and sharing OER/creative commons materials.

According to the description you provided, I have tested the behavior at my end, where I am able to see and access the Sway file in my Office 365 account without any issue and I also checked with the different user accounts in the different tenants, where there is no sign of Sway files missing.
