Departmental Admin / Nodal Officer: Nodal officer will login using the credentials received create users. For creating user he will first search for the user using email or mobile. If profile is found then he can select the office and add location of the officer to the same.

1. Open the Swagatam application in any browser using URL swagatam.gov.in: 2. On Top, Click on Visit registration link Login screen opens, there are two ways visitors can login 1. Mobile with OTP 3. Email with Password 4. Enter registered mobile number. 5. Click on Generate OTP button.
Swagatam Onboarding: a. Enter GOV or NIC email id. If LDAP profile is found then password of the email is to be entered in next screen else otp will be sent to the email id. Please enter the otp and login. b. Create a new request for onboarding with the appropriate details. Officer details entered will be the nodal officer for the department.
How to Login as Officer. Open the Swagatam application in internet browser using URL: https://swagatam.gov.in/new. On Top, Click on Officer Login button. Login screen opens, there are two ways to login. Mobile with OTP. Enter 10 digits registered mobile number and click on Generate OTP button.
How to login as Reception Officer. Open the Swagatam application in internet browser using URL: https://swagatam.gov.in/NEW/public/Index.aspx. 1. Click on Officer Login link button, below Login screen will be opened. There are two options to login as a reception user. Mobile with OTP.
