Sep 14, 2018 · When you see that there is a Shift- key stuck press and release the opposite one. That should change the symptom. Clicking the one that is "stuck" on the OSK may also work. FWIW I have seen the symptom where the OSK thinks it is still pressed but using the other workaround has actually fixed the symptom.
