Jul 31, 2024 · Two weird files in startup on computer. One file called '2' and another called 'a37efada-8eac-4b9b-8ddc-20cf291789ef A37efada-8eac-4b9b-8ddc-20cf291789ef' in the startup menu. They were enabled and do not allow me to open file location or properties. Any help would be great.

There you will find startup items for current users which are stored in the Registry.To delete an item, right click it and choose Delete. Enjoy.

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc. Please try each option one at a time, to try to fix the Windows Startup process. Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair. See if Windows startup can repair itself.
