Oct 19, 2024 · Anna Kendrick's new movie came out today, Woman of the Hour. I watched it tonight. It was her directorial debut and I love her so I was rooting for it. It was quite good, I thought. Not great, but decent. However the dialog really got to me. It's like the screenwriter didn't understand they were writing something set in the 1970s.

Was really my first experience with him, but the two of them had great chemistry and might incentivize me to watch the movie (it also looked super depressing, which might keep me away!)
