The idea behind doing a clean boot is to be able to tell whether startup time is affected by things that are loaded at boot time. If you don't experience the slow start after a clean boot, you at least know where to start looking for the solution.

May 2, 2022 · I was experiencing this very slow issue, slow to access hard drive, slow to access memory, looks like it thinks it only has one single processor and it would BSOD at times, particular using Google Chrome. After reading all of these articles on this issue. I updated my Nvidia GeForce GTX 1560 video driver from v451.67 to v526.47, reboot.

I shut down everything and started using It again 4 hours ago but still slow as hell. Browser wont move and every other Application Is very slow to boot.
