It all starts in Hong Kong. Al Monks, theoretically the Cultural and Commercial Attaché of the American Consulat is in reality a CIA-man. One day, he lays his hands on a list containing all the names of Chinese Nationalist agents working undercover in Red China.
A Bond rip off from Spain that is full of the standard spy stuff but we have Bill Howard instead of James Bond. The dialogue is bad though this could be the subtitles, that doesn't matter as it's the action, the suave agent and the jazzy Mancini like score that keep this chugging along.
