Ram Pothineni (born 15 May 1988) is an Indian actor who primarily works in Telugu films. Known for his energetic screen presence, he earned one Filmfare Award and one SIIMA Award for his work. Pothineni made his acting debut with the box office success Devadasu (2006), for which he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South.
He made his first on-screen appearance in 2002 by featuring in a Tamil short film ‘Adayaalam’, for which he won the best actor award in European movies festival. In 2006, he played the lead role, Devdas, in the Telugu film ‘Devadasu.’.
Ram Pothineni is an Indian actor who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry. His uncle, Ravi Kishore, owns a film production company, Sri Sravanthi Movies. He is known for producing hit romantic comedies like Nuvvu Naaku Nachchav (2001), Linga Babu Love Story (1995) and many others.

Ram Pothineni. Biography. Ram is the son of Muralimohan Pothineni, the nephew of noted film producer Ravi Kishore Pothineni, popularly known as Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. He was born in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (now Telangana). He did his schooling at Chettinad Vidyashram in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Seenu (Ram) is a street-smart guy who shifts to Hyderabad from Anakapally to complete his degree in a college. He falls in love with Sruthi (Hansika Motwani) who also attends the same college. Sruti is harassed by a goon Bhavani (Sonu Sood) who forces her to love him.
