Penny Judd. Meet Penny. Penny joined FRP in 2024 as Non-Executive Chair and will lead the Board as we continue to execute our growth strategy. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience in compliance, regulation, corporate finance and audit.
Penny Judd serves as President of PennAvenue Strategies. Over the past 20 years, she has served in community and government relations roles with appointments to The White House, Office of Management and Budget, and U.S. Department of Labor.
Penny is currently Chair of FRP Advisory Group PLC, and she is also a Non-Executive Director of AIM-listed LendInvest, Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc and TruFin plc, and serves as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of both latter companies.
