A Coach Directory (using PELHAM data) has been created on the Officials section of The Pony Club website. ALL memberships now receive automated renewal invites via email 4 and 2 weeks prior to their membership expiring, and a further notification 2 weeks after expiry.

Logging in to PELHAM. To access PELHAM visit the project site at https://pelham.pcuk.org and follow the “Branches Login” button at the top of the homepage.
User Guide – Centres. A contact can be an active member, expired member, parent, guardian, coach or volunteer. An individual contact can be allocated more than one contact role. Anything marked with a ‘*’ symbol means it’s a mandatory field.
Entry Master – Pelham. **We are excited to share the new online system made specifically for Pony Club**. Entrymaster powers over 300 organisations including equestrian societies and agricultural events across the UK and is especially known for its bespoke software services.
The Pony Club are launching an exciting new way for our Branches and Centres to organise their many events across the country. This solution aims to provide access to “best of breed” entry management systems which then records key information about rallies and events, attendance, and test/badge successes within PELHAM.
To access PELHAM visit the project site at https://pelham.pcuk.org and follow the “Area Reps” button at the top of the homepage. You will need to enter your Area email address and the password given to you by the PELHAM Project Team.
