I looked heavily into treatments a few years ago but don’t want to take finasteride / minoxidil which also rules out a transplant as I understand it because you’re supposed to take finasteride post transplant.

To my extreme disappointment there's been no noticeable difference in my hair growth or my hair density/thickness. I also experienced no noticeable side benefits related to weight, energy level, better sleep, skin, or nails.

He was so concerned he even penned a song about going bald on the album Permission To Land. He started having small operations to build up extra synthetic layers of hair a while ago, seems to have done the trick..

Otherwise its had little effect on the skin, haven't seen skin less oily. I am over 40 and unfortunately wrinkles begin to come. I swear by Oil of olay eye stuff a clear gel, I have hardly any creases.

I use the skin, hair, and nail you can get from Costco with good results. I think its just for overall collagen and keratin production as my nails become way thicker.
