Pankaj Mithal (born 17 June 1961) is a Judge of The Supreme Court of India. He is the former [1] Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court. [2] [3] Previously, he has also served as the Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court and Judge of the Allahabad High Court. [4]
He is a trustee of Etawah Hindi Sewa Nidhi and the founder trustee of Justice Narendra Nath Mithal Memorial Foundation, a trust established by his mother in memory of his late father. Elevated to the Supreme Court on 6th February, 2023 and is due to retire on 16th June, 2026.
