Trying to find a club to cough up £15-20m + wages is just not realistic. Over the past few seasons, it really hasn't mattered that Keita was a bust because we were doing so well. Now with Gini leaving, the team not playing well, and the economic strain of Covid, Naby being a bust is becoming a pretty prominent issue.
Aug 22, 2022 · I love Naby and Ox as people but due to injuries combined they equate to about 1 midfielder for 80% of a season at best. I'd much rather have another in the mould of James Milner than two lads like Ox and Keita who when the stars align can rip a team apart, sadly the stars align once a season at best for them.

They were a big important part of the club going deep in multiple competitions by being solid and available rotation options.
Idk. I would’ve brought on Keita after Bobby came off. I think we drew because we lacked Bobby’s tools. Bobby, as clumsy as he is in front of goal, always does well in big games. The way he pressed causes big teams to crumble. Keita isn’t anywhere near the same but his pressing would’ve been very useful.
