Nov 1, 2022 · Morrisons is doing a Tesco type thing, cheaper prices on certain items if you have a card, just trying to bribe people into having a card. I have found Morrisons prices a lot higher these days than other stores.

Aug 24, 2024 · However my main beef in these days of high grocery costs is how they manage their substitutions. They are sending substitutions which when you look at them are more expensive than what I originally ordered. For example substituting a 280g bag of scampi @ £7.14 per kilo with a 220g bag @ £13.64 a kilo!!

Apr 14, 2024 · 1. this is not new it has been in place for several years , there was significant news coverage and pumps which do this form of pre authorisation clearly tell you. 2. as others have suggested if you know you have insufficient funds to cover the pre-authorisation don;t use pay at the pump , 3. credit card is an option.
