Apr 14, 2017 · Also, Cro-Cop never fought a wrestler as complete and diverse as Cain. He'd have a puncher's chance, but Cain wins the majority of the time. Cain is a totally different beast from the Hammer House guys (Coleman, Randleman, etc) from the early UFCs and Pride.

Dec 14, 2016 · Was a great fight with bullshit rules that favored Cro Cop, for instance the fact that if neither was finished, it was an automatic draw. Wanderlei would have clearly won that fight in regular Pride or UFC judging. Nevertheless, Cro Cop had a brutally sweet revenge in their 2nd fight.

I think the better way to look at Cro Cop’s career is to draw a distinction between the guy who fought in Japan vs. the guy who fought in the US. We all know about the hospital/cemetery days in Pride but let’s not forget that he won a Grand Prix when he went back to Japan.

Ngannou had trouble vs Gane, and yeah his knee was jacked but still i think Crocop had better movement and way better accuracy from long range. wouldn't be shocked if Ngannou walked him down and clubbed him either though.
