    is the soundtrack of the film of the same name. It is composed by Hans Zimmer and John Powell and was originally released on June 3, 2008. It won an Annie Award in the category of "Best Music in an Animated Feature Production" for Hans Zimmer and John Powell.

    The Asian version of the soundtrack includes two more versions of "Kung Fu Fighting", each performed by Korean singer Rain and by Filipino singer Sam Concepcion. They are played instead of the original version by Cee-Lo Green and Jack Black in Asian screenings of the film.

    •In preparation for scoring the film, Hans Zimmer visited China in order to absorb the culture, having the privilege of getting to know the China National Symphony Orchestra as part of his preparation.

    •Zimmer was originally announced as the main composer of the film, but during a test screening, DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg announced that composer John Powell would also be contributing to the score. This marked the first collaboration in eight years for the two, who had previously worked together on DreamWorks' The Road to El Dorado and the action thriller Chill Factor.
