The usual advice is to try an Incognito/InPrivate session or a different browser to see if the puzzle succeed. If the InPrivate session works, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
Oct 29, 2022 · I'm trying to purchase Microsoft individual. In order to complete my purchase, I have to create a Microsoft account. I literally can't even buy this product because it won't let me past the "prove your not a robot" section. The verification is just looking for duplicate images in a set of pictures.

I have no clue on what i have to do, it says put it upright, i have tried. i also don't even know what the <removed> is in the picture or what its mean't to be. i have been trying to do this for like 30 <removed> minutes and its pissing me off (note: this is my freinds outlook, i could make this other wise. nice)
Sep 2, 2022 · Hi, I’m trying to create a new Microsoft account but whenever I complete the “prove you’re not a robot” it makes me do it over and over again, and refuses to let me continue. If there is a solution to this please tell me, this is very frustrating for me.
There needs to be a more clear way to do this. Your way does not work! I'm not sure how you screwed it up, but I'd like to hear how this is going to be changed so that this isn't an ongoing problem. Thanks, Tyrus
Mar 22, 2023 · How to get rid of " CLICK «ALLOW» TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOT A ROBOT! " For some reason it has only affected one website I access. I have tried all the suggestions on google search like resetting browser and using multiple malware tools!

If the problem persists, try clearing your cache and browsing history also. If that still fails, switch to a different browser and try again. Kind regards.
I'm not sure if it's relevant but I was trying to create a new account, and I did try it on a different browser, my browser was updated, and I did reload several times. I'm not exactly sure how a puzzle like this got added, seeing as it's nearly impossible for a person to do, but I haven't actually seen anyone be able to pass it so, that seems like a pretty big issue.
Aug 25, 2022 · I am stuck in an infinite ‘not a robot’ puzzle loop. I have tried different tablets, different browsers, and even the audio puzzle. I get all corrects answers but it just keeps giving me new puzzles. I checked the fss site and I have all green checks. Please tell me how to fix this?
Dec 18, 2022 · Thank you for confirming that the robot puzzle is a pain and has a high failure rate. Please understand, the website actually indicated I verified that I am not a robot. After umpteen attempts, this finally worked on edge after clearing all cookies and history. BUT, it did NOT work the first time I tried that.
