The South Oxford ones are about 15/20 minutes from college (downhill on the way there, uphill on the way back, i.e. uphill whenever you want to go to lectures/shopping/anywhere that isn't the river). I've never been to the North Oxford houses though, so I couldn't tell you, I'm afraid.
Hi, I am planning on applying to Oxford (2019 entry) for law. I attended an open day and stayed over-night at Lincoln College (which I actually really liked!) but unfortunately only had the chance to additionally visit; Brasenose, Hertford, New College, Balliol, Exeter and Jesus.
Any more information or personal stories about the college (or Hertford) would be much appreciated, thanks! (I don't necessarily believe all the stuff I've heard, just curious about its honesty) I can't really help but I'm also applying for St John's and am from a very working class background, so high five hahah, I'm wondering about similar things What are you applying to study?
Oct 8, 2024 · A family friend studied PPE at Hertford College, Oxford but he was privately educated and got A*A*AA in Maths, History, Economics, and Politics. However, I am still setting my 'heart' on St. John's College, Oxford, or Wadham College, Oxford (if I have to re-apply God forbid). 😉 lol Did you miss me?
