Aug 7, 2024 · Hello . I am very confused. Firstly, the account I am referring to is new. I only recently attached the account to outlook as my secondary email. I have the above email address and another one I use for my small business. I do not know why it would be closed. Additionally, it is still working – both in outlook and in gmail etc.
