Greenwich High School is a collaborative community of learners dedicated to academic excellence, personal integrity, and interpersonal responsibility. One of the largest high schools in Connecticut, GHS is a four-year high school serving approximately 2700 students of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
All students at GHS are given a planner at the beginning of the school year. Students who lose their planner may purchase a new planner for $10 in the Main Office. Alternatively, students and parents can also download the 2024-2025 GHS Student Planner .

Greenwich High School is a four-year comprehensive high school serving 2,700 students of cultural, economic and ethnic diversity. Students are randomly assigned to one of five houses, and represent the demographic diversity of the Town of Greenwich: White 59%, Hispanic/Latin 25%, Asian 8%, Other 5%, Black 3%.
Health Forms/Records of Immunizations (All students entering Kindergarten, Grades 3, 6 and 10 and any student new to the Greenwich Public Schools, must submit completed Health Forms in order to start school)
Recent national surveys identify Greenwich as one of the top high schools in the United States, offering over 350 different courses and a wide variety of co-curricular activities. The school fields forty-two varsity teams which have won numerous county, state and regional championships.
