You should be able to scroll using two fingers instead of one. If you can, go to settings -> accessibility -> talkback and turn it off. Hopefully that fixes your problem.

Jul 5, 2020 · Hi, unfortunately I had a water incident. Despite being officially IP68 my Mate 20 Pro did not like it. After drying it works again. Also touch screen. However, there is a constant green tint and the display flickers some times. I checked already all contacts inside. It seems the water entered at the upper right corner of the phone.
