May 15, 2020 · 3. Aquaman - the character still had a bit of the negative stigma before that run. Johns had Aquaman out selling Spider-Man and it was a huge influence on the movie. For me personally, I’d put Legion of Superheroes pretty high up on list just because his Superman and the Legion of Superheroes storyline is one of my favorite comics.

Dec 4, 2018 · PS: And while i think that DC seems to push Tom King in the same direction, i would say that his stuff - while often very good or great - seems to lack the special blockbuster feeling the best works of Johns and Snyder have. Excuse me the bad comparison: If Geoff Johns is DC's Spielberg, King seems more like the Coen Brothers.
