Some folks report that you could attach a 3’x2’ piece of 1/2 inch plywood to the wall, secured using 8-10 toggle bolts then attach the TV mount to that.
Aug 22, 2021 · Tried with my Flip 3 to my 4K portable monitor. USB-C to USB-C - nothing although it did passthrough charge from the monitor to the phone. USB-C Dock -> HDMI -> HDMI in - nothing. Wireless to my Samsung Q85 TV works fine though but there is some lag. Probably good enough for some things I guess.

I have the OG flipgrip too, but I actually prefer this one's shape and grip, and this one also should work with oled without the slightly more that normal insertion force you need to use with the og flipgrip.

Dec 24, 2023 · Got a JBL Flip 6 for Christmas and want to use it on my UN50 TU7000 Samsung TV. The speaker pairs fine with everyone's phone and the speaker appears in the TV's Bluetooth output list (the TV recognizes the device, just won't pair). I found that the Bluetooth version on the TV is 4.2, while the Bluetooth version on the speaker is 5.1.
May 28, 2024 · Samsung's official spec sheet says that the Flip 5's main display is LTPO (1 - 120hz), but when I turn on the developer option that shows the refresh rate it seems to be switching only between 24hz and 120hz. Indeed it is LTPO, but not a fancy one that can scale between 1-120hz. It definitely has more stepping than just 24 and 120hz.
Nov 18, 2021 · I built my tv into my patio ceiling so it goes up and down and when it’s up you dont see it. You could do something like that. They have tv’s that go up and down vertically but they are usually in dressers so the tv can be hidden. If you want I can send you some pics of what I did in my outdoor patio.
