Flashpoint Archive is a community effort to preserve games and animations from the web. Internet history and culture is important, and the web is evolving at such a rapid pace that what might be commonplace today could be obsolete tomorrow.
Flashpoint's downloads are free, portable, and powered by open-source software (excluding the plugins themselves, which are mostly abandonware). If you have any questions or concerns, consult the FAQ or ask in the Discord.

Jul 22, 2024 · For this list I've put Flash games that I mostly come back to year after year to play again, which I think is a real show of quality for a free web game. I have played all of these games multiple times over many years and I hope that continues long past Adobe's manhandling of the Flash plugin.
Editing Save Files. Flash save files are saved as .sol files, and can easily be edited with external tools. Within Flashpoint itself exists SOL-File Editor (3f499314-3cb2-4b9d-8cff-34c02e4a1229). Web editors are also available, such as .minerva.

Boiled down to its simplest form, the Flashpoint logo is the project's initials flipped against each other. The blank space forms an arrow shape that can be interpreted as a play button or download symbol, a reminder of the processes we've grown accustomed to when accessing our favorite games.
To find the exact Unity version that a game was built with, just open the .unity3d file in a hex editor such as HxD. In the "Decoded text" column, you will see the text UnityWeb, followed by the major Unity version (such as 5.x.x), and finally followed by the exact Unity version number (such as 5.0.4f1).
