Apr 9, 2023 · It is Windows 11 that is the main culprit. Had Windows 10 running properly for years on this laptop with dual external monitors (HDMI and VGA) without docking station. Removed existing HDD (just in case) and insert new HDD, install Windows 11 on new HDD. Here is when the problem starts. It will only work with one external monitor.

my mouse goes to my second monitor while i am in game and tabs me out. I have tried everything to get it to stop but the only thing that works is turning off my second monitor which i don't want to do if i am watching something on it.
