Aug 11, 2019 · Normally a mobile phone will include a setting named downtime or similar. The default arrangement for Android downtime is to turn off notifications between 10pm and 7am. Only calls and alarms will disturb you during that time (and calls can be set to only ring for the second call from the same number).
