The story starts with the arrest of Mohktia Khan (Jackie Shroff) for the murder of Anokhi Devi (Mallika Sherawat). Dina Nath (Om Puri) and Dayal (Ashutosh Rana) work in a political party in Rajasthan & Mohktia Khan is their guy.
