I had assumed I would use the Ethernet and download the DirecTV app. That is not an option as the app is not available for LG tvs. All around this has been a very frustrating experience. Sep 22, 2024 · I decided to make the switch to streaming as it is $90 cheaper than satellite. I called to cancel satellite and they told me that DirecTV stream is included because I'm a legacy customer (40+ years). I thought the satellite and streaming service were different. The agent said I could keep the satellite and streaming service for $117 month.

After logging in with the correct credentials I am prompted with a screen to choose a package from the three being offered.. Entertainment, Choice or Ultimate.. and then sign up / pay for either. Oct 26, 2023 · Prior to the Gemini, our bill included three tv access fees with one negated by a $7 deduction. Now our bill shows four tv access fees with one discounted by the $7 deduction. After a series of four calls to customer service and the Gemini section, the resolution was for them to provide us with a $20/month rebate as compensation.
