  4. D. L. V. K. Prasad was born in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh in 1980. After schooling, he received his BSc degree from Nagarjuna University; CSRS College. In the year 2000, Prasad moved to the University of Hyderabad to study Masters in Chemistry and later to work with Prof. Jemmis for a PhD in the areas of structural chemistry of boron.
