Oct 21, 2020 · Forgot to mention I actually have two email addresses; gmasma@vic.chariot.net.au and gmasma@netconnect.com.au (that is the one I usually use when logging in to id + password on most sites.) However emails to either address both end up in the Chariot inbox!

Apr 12, 2018 · I checked the account and unfortunately, the Chariot email addresses can't be transferred to TPG since it will still use their server. However, you can turn them into Email only account for it to remain active. You may contact them directly on 1300 137425 or Email them at service@chariot.net.au. Kind regards,
Nov 11, 2022 · Great post! Couldn't agree more. The total indifference of TPG Chariot to these concerns is beyond arrogance. My Chariot inbox is at 230% capacity but Chariot has scrubbed the delete option.Also all my sent emails have disappeared and again they couldn't care less.

I get the decommissioning of the Chariot server but my @alphalink email address has continued over with TPG since joining the NBN with them (as the parent company of Chariot.) What I don't know/understand is whether this arrangement continues with TPG regardless of Chariot's status. Cheers.
