Cynical defeated 70s buddy cop film. Elliot Gould and Robert Blake are two vice cops whose entire job seems to consist of entrapping sex workers until they find bigger fish on Allen Garfield drug lord. Busting is structure less around the two guys interactions than in Gould aloofness around his environment.
