What: PVA (polyvinyl acetate) glue is a water-based adhesive commonly used for woodworking, paper, and general-purpose bonding. Why: PVA is versatile and comes in both interior and exterior grades. You can certainly use Jack 1.60mm x 20m Green PVC Coated Tie Wire. The 1.6mm thickness would be suitable to hold even a heavy vine, and the galvanised core and PVC coating will prevent it from rusting.
