Oct 18, 2022 · As far as I know, Bleach have several productions like light novels, manga, anime, animated movies and even a Live Action. Different franchises treat differently different productions, so in some franchises for example, animated movies are canon and in others are not, and even in some like Dragon Ball some movies are canon and others are not, and some series are canon and others are not.

I'd rather not watch the filler content and only watch the episodes which are directly related to the plot. To be clear, I'm defining a filler episode as one which is not based on any story in the manga or based on extra manga chapters which have nothing to do with the overarching story.
