Season 2 Trailer. "Big Sky" follows private detectives Cassie Dewell and Jenny Hoyt as they reunite to investigate a car wreck outside of Helena, Montana, which they soon discover may not be as straightforward a case as it seems.
In the Big Sky pilot episode we witness a young prostitute at a truck stop being abducted, as well as two sisters who were on a road trip when there car suddenly breaks down late at night. (No spoiler here, this scene was advertised a thousand times in the series preview commercials for the past few months).
Pfeiffer took a 10-year break from Hollywood to earn her Master of Social Work degree from UCLA, and returned to acting as a series regular, playing Denise Brisbane on the ABC drama Big Sky.
Synopsis. Hazel ('Bella Thorne' (qv)) suffers from a crippling case of agoraphobia. So much so that it causes a rift between her and her mother, Dee ('Kyra Sedwick' (qv)). It gets to the point that Hazel and her mother go on a roadtrip to a desert facility to help Hazel deal with her fear.
She produced and starred in Sean Penn's "Flag Day" that premiered at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival and recently starred in David E. Kelley's critically acclaimed series "Big Sky" that was ABC's most watched and highest-rated debut since 2017.
