This reforge is better than Bloody. B Tier Okay Power stones that are decent for players who don't have those above Vitamin Death (Healthy): Decent for tanks due to its high health stat.

Overview. Mobs in SkyBlock have a default cooldown between attacks of 0.5s or 10 ticks. The more Bonus Attack Speed you have, the lower this tick value is, down to 5. This also applies to the cooldown of Shortbows, such as the Terminator. At 0 Bonus Attack Speed, the cooldown between attacks is 0.5s, and at 100 Bonus Attack Speed, it's 0.25s.
