Bill joined Bay Cove in 1993 as CFO, a position he held for eight years before becoming the Agency’s Executive Director and COO in 2001. In 2011, Bill became the President/CEO of Bay Cove, holding the post for 11 years before retiring in 2022.
Bay Cove’s Early Intervention (EI) program serves children under three years of age, who are developmentally delayed, or have a known disabling condition, or are at risk of developmental delays due to biological or environmental factors.
