Mar 15, 2021 · My main tips are:-Research lots about Aldi and the apprenticeship-Be yourself-Constantly say you love working as part of a team and are very hardworking-Prepare questions to ask them especially lots for the second interview with the store manager-Be very enthusiastic-Provide examples when talking about skills etc I hope this helped and I wish you the best of luck!

  5. ALDI only operates for the profit of the German owners. ALDI don’t hesitate to replace people they don’t like, and their staff turnover is very high. Uni graduates would be better advised to work in roles where they can utilize the degree they’ve studied, which in the long term will give them a lot more opportunities than ALDI can offer.

  6. Aldi even states that you can only complete the questions once. Also, I had plenty of time to prepare and was just over eager and nervous. I’ve just found some other local Aldi stores that are recruiting anyway, I’m just concerned that they won’t respond as quickly as this one did.

And thanks for the support over the hours, I didn't think 20 hours would be that bad, as I can fill them up during the weekends or a day after school.   9. to the poster i work for this company as an assistant manager. you will never have worked so hard in all your life.....and probably never will again. it is a very simple relationship between excellent pay and the toughness of the job. literally noone would work there for average pay. if you are applying as a part time store assistant then its very likely you can expect to spend 90 percent of your time sat on a till. dont under estimate how tiring and stressful this can be.
