Aug 21, 2019 · Another scenario is the subsite name is not displayed under the Subsites, which means the problematic subsite is deleted. So, try to restore the deleted subsite from the recycle bin of parent site, if it is not present in recycle bin go to Second-stage of recycle bin to check it. According to the screenshot you provided, we can see that the notebook was stored in your OneDrive, in this case, please browse your notebook source file in your OneDrive Web App instead of opening it in OneNote Web App to see if you can open it successfully.
