The second one I set up to start at 12 AM on 8/30 and end at 12 AM on 9/1 - it displays that correctly. I sent an email to my support contacts, hoping to get an ETA on this fix.

We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft System. Unfortunately, we do not provide self-repair here in the community. Since the controller was recently purchased a few days ago, you can try to coordinate this over to Walmart depending on their return policy.
Outlook Mobile Authentication issue only on IOS and Android noticed issue started 2 days go. We have a hybrid environment, and we noticed that people who are in the Cloud (365 email) it works fine for, people who are on-prem only have the issue logging into Outlook mobile on built in Android mail, Apple mail, OWA, all work fine.
