Nov 3, 2023 · Office 365 'More information required' on login. I have set up an office 365 organization with 3 users. Upon logging in we get the following message "More info required, your organization needs more information to keep your account secure" See attached. If I click next we are then required to set up the authentication app.

You could use the auditing feature from the Security and Compliance Center as below; From the results you could then create a New alert policy which would send you emails upon a match. If you needed something more advanced, the Cloud App Security is probably going to be your friend here.

If you click your profile picture on the top right of Edge, there is an option called “Browse as guest,” that will stop it logging you in.

If the account you use to sign in to office.com is listed there, but it isn’t the account you use to sign in to Windows, select it, and then select Disconnect. Oct 31, 2018 · From Control Panel > Mail, create a new outlook profile, use shared mailbox email address and leave password blank. As long as the logged in user has delegate access to the shared mailbox, the new profile will create fine. Choose the new profile, or option for prompt.
