Jul 20, 2022 · Well, there is no way to add functionality to Word online, unless Microsoft chooses to do so in the future. As Suzanne said, if some users need to make use of Word Online, remove unsupported features from the document.

While using Microsoft Word Online, the editing page appears blank until I click on a section and only that section appears. I can go through and click through every section, but then it disappears after a few moments. I should note that this document is being worked on my a team, however, it appears as though I am the only one currently editing.
Mar 30, 2023 · We have a document co-authored by many editors and track change enabled. In the online mode, we can see each other's edits in real time to avoid clash. However previously tracked and saved changes are not differentiated or annotated by authors in online mode. You will have to switch to Offline (edit in Word ) mode to see them.
Nov 10, 2014 · It does not make sense to me that it would refer to me in the 3rd person if I should be the only person editing my document. I have not authorized any other individual to edit my document. I have not shared the document with anyone as well. Twice, as I was editing the document, the Microsoft word online app automatically refreshed.
