Dec 28, 2022 · I did the same step as above--no content shows up, only the icon of the pdf file showed up. This happened in all Word documents with all different pdf files (regardless of the number of pages). For non-pdf files, Word and Excel files work. Word product information: I'm using Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. Microsft Word Version 2209 (64-bit)
To split the pdf document, down load the free PrimoPDF utility and then use it to print one page of the pdf at a time to separate pdf files. May 11, 2022 · Apple doesn't allow one Application to directly open another. Embedding PDF would require this. Save the PDF as a picture and then insert the picture. Another way: Open the PDF in Word. If the file looks good, then you can embed the new Word document.

Jun 25, 2014 · I can say that two and a half years later, on Windows 10 and with Acrobat Reader DC as the default PDF program, I can insert a 24-page PDF file as an object in either Word 2013 or Word 2016 and have the first page of the file appear.
