Microsoft recently released an Update on Adobe Flash Player End of Support which includes information on when they will be removing the embedded Flash Player in IE/Edge on Windows 8.x and above. They've also released the currently optional update KB4577586 which removes the embedded Flash Player.

Whenever I uninstall it it somehow either keeps some sort of base driver or it redownloads it almost immediately because it still defaults to the intel integrated card (Intel HD Graphics 4000). I have also determined that this happens with all browsers and all browser games but no other types of games.
Dec 29, 2020 · 1 Correct answer. Wrong. Flash Player will be deactivated by your operating system and browsers regardless. Also Adobe will block Flash content on Jan 12th. This means local and online Flash content will no longer work. Flash content creators had 3 years to prepare for this.

Fortunately, almost nobody uses Flash-based games and apps anymore, not since the browsers stopped supporting Flash plugins for security reasons. Suggest you find other interests that don't rely on Flash Player.
