Refresh it if you like. Open the same PDF in Google Drive by double-clicking it (do not save, download, or upload the file!). The test comment should be there.
May 16, 2021 · Sometimes pages toward the back may appear blank (there's a message stating that they weren't loaded), but if you slowly scroll through the PDF, they usually load. I've found that patience is only viable solution. If it continues to be a problem, you might want to try other PDF reading or annotation apps instead.
